This Moment

I have spent the last 3 years of my life figuring out who I am. I discover more about myself when I think and when I pray. I heal when I write and when I am honest with myself and my feelings. I am not afraid to cry or laugh. I am not afraid to be brave and I am not afraid to be scared. I am not afraid to say “I love you”. I usually write several drafts of my blog...some of which I post, and some of which just stay right at the tips of my fingers.

"Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it." Oh that Ferris Bueller is so wise!!

May you stop for a moment and breathe; phone up a friend; go out to eat; dance and sing in the street. Do it all, and do it well. ~ no regrets...we only have this moment. Do you know that feeling when someone cares about you and tells you so? May you choose with God to give that moment to someone else...
